PAYMENTS
What payment methods can I use on Winetage Design?
We want the purchase of our creations to be convenient and fast, and for this reason we accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro through the same payment gateway as Amazon and Google (Stripe)
- PayPal
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can always complete the payment procedure with a card directly on the PayPal portal by choosing the “Pay with a card” option.
SHIPments
Costs and delivery times may vary depending on where you are.
- Home delivery in Europe and USA
Express home delivery has a cost that varies according to the place from which you placed the order, regardless of where you are, we come to you thanks to the services of express delivery. Shipping to Europe and the USA is offered by Winetage Design. Placing an order from some countries may involve the addition of duties and other customs fees that are not the responsibility of winetagedesign.it.
As soon as we have shipped your order we will send you an email containing the tracking information of the package, from which you can check the status of your shipment. Delivery times are estimated in 24/48 hours after completion. We always strive to make and ship your order in a maximum of 4/6 weeks, further delays are caused by the carrier.
You can check the status of your shipment from the tracking email you will receive when the shipment is entrusted to the carrier.
- Home delivery to other countries
Express home delivery has a cost that varies according to the place from which you placed the order, regardless of where you are, we come to you thanks to the services of express delivery. Shipping costs are estimated at € 49. Placing an order from some countries may involve the addition of duties and other customs fees that are not competing with winetagedesign.it.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
You can request a return of your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. Below you will find the Conditions and Instructions for requesting a return.
CONDITIONS
If you are not satisfied with the unique piece you have purchased, you have 14 days from receiving the package to return it (fill in the form) and receive a “Voucher” or a “Refund” in exchange. It’s that easy!
You will only be able to complete the return procedure if your order is eligible. Personalized items are not subject to the right of withdrawal as per Directive 2011/83 / EU (art.49, letter m). therefore buying a product by customizing it excludes the right of withdrawal from your order.
The Purchase / Refund Voucher will be issued as soon as we have received the goods and verified their integrity.
The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The Purchase / Refund Voucher will be equal to the total costs incurred for the purchase.
Conditions for the return in winetagedesign.it
The products must be returned in their original packaging in their entirety, including all accessories present in the package. (The customer is responsible in case the products are damaged due to inadequate packaging).
The shipping costs of the returned product are charged to the customer.
The return is approved and determined by the following conditions:
1. the product must be returned intact and in the same condition it was in at the time of purchase;
2. You cannot remove any labels from the product or damage them, otherwise the return will be invalid;
3. the damaged or dirty product cannot be returned;
4. custom products cannot be returned.
Returns will not be accepted:
1. without justification;
2. sent on site without completing the specific wizard;
3. returns of personalized items.
You can choose the return methods:
1. Purchase voucher, you can use it to purchase the same creation by changing its configuration or buy another product by choosing from our catalog;
2. Refund, you will be refunded the entire amount spent during the purchase process.

INSTRUCTIONS
Click the “Request Return” button on the Contact Us page. Fill out the form and start the procedure to request the return of your purchase; on the form you will be asked to select “Voucher” or “Refund”. You will also be asked for your order number and product to return. As soon as the procedure is completed you will receive an email with instructions for sending your return. You will have to book the shipment in complete autonomy. Prepare the package by keeping the goods in full and applying the shipping label out of the packaging clearly visible, for more information see directly when booking the shipment.
